Hey d00ds. Got some stuffs to talk about, so let’s kick it off.
Seen some damn fine movies recently, both in the company of Sir Remy, who is always #1 in Good Times. The movies? Hot Fuzz and 28 Weeks Later. Go see them if you haven’t already. Hot Fuzz brings the laughs and 28 Weeks Later brings the pain. Both are highly, highly recommended. I’ve yet to see Spiderman 3, but I’ve heard things, and most of them are less than good. This is disheartening. I was certain this was not another X3.
Halo 3 beta is finally out, 12 hours after it was initially promised. If you were not keeping tabs on the subject (and I suspect 100% of the people who read this blog weren’t), suffice it to say death threats were made and in general, immaturity ruled. It was a very sad display. But I suppose this is the price we pay for taking gaming to a more mainstream platform. I almost pine for the days when gaming was exclusively a nerd’s realm, an escape from the jocks and assholes who made fun of us for playing video games. But no longer.
